1. Booking Cancellations
Free Cancellation: Reservations canceled at least 48 hours before check-in will receive a full refund.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the check-in time may be subject to a one-night charge.
No-Shows: Guests who do not arrive without prior notice will be charged the full amount of the first night’s stay.
2. Early Check-Outs
If you choose to check out earlier than planned, refunds for unused nights will be made at management’s discretion, based on the room type and time of notice.
3. Non-Refundable Bookings
Discounted or promotional rate bookings may be non-refundable. Please review the terms carefully when booking such offers.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Bank delays or processing times may affect how quickly the amount reflects in your account.
5. Amendments
Changes to your reservation (such as dates or room types) are subject to availability and may affect your rate.
